Clarifi knows that personal finance can be a complex and confusing situation and that taking control of debt is key to gaining stability for an individual and their family. Their education and counseling programs help clients: create and maintain budgets; understand and improve their credit; make informed decisions about personal finances; overcome debt; and save their homes from foreclosure.
Council for Relationships offers individual, couple and family therapy addressing communication, conflict resolution, developing co-parenting agreements, coping with affairs or infidelity, and dealing with loss/recent life stressors. The Council also offers sex therapy and specialized services for veterans and their families. Therapists are available with a range of specialties including trauma, anger management, children/adolescents, grief and many others.
Courdea is an intervention and treatment program for people who have hurt their loved ones and wish to change. Following a thorough individual assessment, clients enter research- and trauma-informed treatment groups focused on accountability and developing strategies for handling conflict more safely and lovingly. In addition to therapeutic treatment, Courdea offers workshops, consultation, and training for mental health professionals, businesses, and others.
The Forensic Services program at Public Health Management Corporation was established to reduce criminal recidivism by coordinating criminal justice substance abuse treatment to more than 4,800 individuals each year. Forensic Services is a range of 10 prison diversion initiatives serving youth, adults and families. Behavioral health assessments are completed both in the community and within the facilities of the Philadelphia Department of Prisons and are referred to a continuum of treatment providers treating all levels of care. Case Managers help individuals develop recovery plans and goals, assist with connecting them to pro-social recovery supports, public assistance, primary care physicians, training, educational and employment resources while promoting healthy lifestyles and helping them become productive, self-sufficient members of society. Case Mangers work closely with the substance abuse program counselors and probation officers/legal team to help ensure that the individuals receive the needed services and follow treatment directives.
Maternity Care Coalition is a community-based nonprofit organization serving pregnant and postpartum women and families with children ages 0-3, in underserved communities in Southeastern Pennsylvania. MCC's mission is to improve maternal and child health and wellbeing through the collaborative efforts of individuals, families, providers and communities. MCC operates ten direct service sites, each strategically located in underserved communities. Services include Early Head Start, MOMobile, Cribs for Kids, Parenting Education, and the Breastfeeding and Community Doula Program.

The School District of Philadelphia – ELECT
The School District of Philadelphia’s ELECT (Education Leading to Employment and Career Training) is a school-based, program providing academic and social service supports to expectant and parenting students and their children.
The program is designed to help expectant and parenting students stay in school, earn a high school diploma or GED, and achieve the self-sufficiency required to make a successful transition to employment.

The Research & Evaluation Group at Public Health Management Corporation is dedicated to helping clients understand their communities, improve their programming, and deepen their impact on public health and education. As part of PHMC, and as a member of the National Network of Public Health Institutes (NNPHI), our team partners with clients to address pressing research questions, produce science-driven evaluations, inform programming, and facilitate technical assistance and strategy development. As public health issues vary by community and change over time, our interdisciplinary approach allows us to adjust to the shifting public health landscape with a range of methods and technologies.
